How Much Does Podcast Editing and Repurposing Cost in 2026?

Real published prices from podcast agencies, what makes one quote higher than another, and what to check before you sign.

By Binaya Gyawali, Founder of Wisee Media · Prices checked against each agency’s own website, October 2026

The short answer

Podcast agencies that publish prices charge from about $750 a month for one produced episode with a few clips, $2,000–$6,500 a month for weekly video podcast packages, and $50,000+ for premium end-to-end show builds.

Most full-service agencies, Wisee Media included, quote per show. The price depends on how many episodes you release, how long they are, how many clips and assets you want, and whether the agency publishes for you.

What drives the cost

Episodes per month
Weekly shows cost more than monthly ones, but the price per episode usually drops.
Episode length and format
A 90-minute, multi-camera video episode takes far more editing than a 30-minute single-camera one.
How many clips and assets
Three clips per episode and fifteen assets per episode (Shorts, deep-dive clips, posts, carousel, email, blog) are very different jobs.
Packaging
Episode-specific thumbnails and tested titles take design and strategy time, and they drive most of the views on YouTube.
Publishing and distribution
Editing-only services hand you files. Done-for-you teams also schedule, publish and manage comments on each platform.
Strategy
A strategist who decides what to clip, how to title it and where to post it costs more than an editor working from your instructions.
Back catalogue
Repackaging old episodes is extra work, but it’s often the fastest source of new views.
